How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days within the continental US. International orders may take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.

To maintain the brilliance of your pieces, avoid contact with perfumes, lotions, and water. Store your jewelry in a cool, dry place and clean it gently with a soft microfiber cloth.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Yes, every Slide Jewels purchase comes with a 6-month limited warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover accidental damage or normal wear and tear.
